Did not blog yesterday, reason - Sabbath & to Bkk Embassy CNY function. The party was great. However, I was having a hard time after tasting lamb meat that was the main dish. You feel like vomiting after 2 months without tasting blood. Yuck! Overall it was good 'coz we all had the chance to watch [u]lion dance[/u] and opportunity posing with the [u]Datuk[/u]. Lai Sum and I decided to stay and we chatted for a while in Jov's apartment with Khelex, Oscar and Roy.
Today, before going to Phantip, we stopped by at WTC to fill our empty tummies. Lai Sum, Roy and I discovered a new place which none of us has tried before. It's a Japanese rest. called 'Zen'. Ordered 3 different Salmon dishes. Delicious! :) Then to Phantip to do some surveying on the [i]toy[/i] that Roy wanted to own. Also learned new tricks -- the difference between optical zoom and digital zoom! :wink: Took a [i]tuk-tuk[/i] to MBK where I managed to shop at 555 - one of my favorite place. Then MC van took off at 6pm. Did a lot of talking along the way with Lai Sum. Haiyah, chinese will always be chinese right Sum??? Ehek...

Experiencing a swift change of mood today. Vun called early morning and told me that he kept vomiting, having headache and such that he was shivering. "Take medicine, shower, sleep/rest, eat something..." was such advice I gave but he just kept repeating "I'll be fine." Wished I could do more to help! :cry:
9:20am headed towards the boysdorm and saw Junior busy carrying his luggage, Juji & Ervin rushed to say goodbye, Kidee taking pictures, Vun searching for his handphone, along the van came and loaded their stuff. Handed Switz's stuff and say our last words (ishk, not last words bah, but our goodbyes), hugs and I rushed to class. Such as the hour of separation, not a good feeling!! So, that's one reason why my inner server is down today... :( However, exciting things I believe are waiting ahead. As life's journey is such a blend of colors, so is the ups and downs.
I was really inspired by something this early morning that I've decided to change something that I ought to change long time ago. This inspiration doesn't come often, not even occasionally but for all I know it did come today. Thank God for that.

Yes, yes, yes, I survived classes today!!! However, it wasn't easy afterall. I had to sit for a make up test and forced by a *&^% teacher to get a sick leave from the dorm's dean. I've never wrote a sick leave or anything close to any form of sick leave, letters or anything everytime I was absent before. But why this teacher requires it??? *blur*

Before WTC, went to Amari mall to eat Mc D then to WTC. Wow...the flowers along the pathway was lovely especially with the bright morning sun. The shopping began for Vun and Junior but not the three of us. :( [i]no money no talk loh[/i]! Went to Yamaha and found [u]Constant[/u]! The sales lady was wondering, what is she doing??? Haha! I was holding the book, putting it back, holding it, putting it back and so I did for many times, thinking hard whether I should get the copy. Roy came and said:"If it's ok for you, it's ok for me. If you want to get, I mana-mana only!" Ish....I hate making my own decision sometimes. I always end up making a wrong one and regret. Hm...after a long loud thinking, decided to put it on pending list, dang!!! Apa boleh buat... :cry: Both Junior and Vun bought music books and lots of clothes for their families. Wahhhh...Arggggghh...it's 5pm. Hm...go Sizzler again kah? Well, since no objection, so Sizzler in WTC. The boys dared not eat so much this time, so was I. 6pm. Debating whether we should stay or go back to MC. I was into staying, but the two guys wanted me to go to class since I missed Fridays. Haiya... :roll: Bah, go back lah! Hohoho...seldom see myself walking big steps trying hard to catch the 8pm van. Lucky we were just on time.

I like Jovita's apartment. Waking up in the morning is so much like it. The cute balcony, the scenery of a bangalow, the blue bathroom, etc. I skipped church. So, called the guys to check if they were awake. Yeah, only Roy was (Vun, Junior & Steve)! Well, Jov went to Ekamai church, I stayed. At noon, we were all ready to Uncle Harold's house for lunch. Talked and talked and talked until 4pm and went to Queen's park along with Gwen and Glen. Managed to peep in Emporium to watch the musical festival. Oh boy, the tenor sax captured my ears. It was good. Then Sabbath was over, so decided to do some shopping (not me, the guys). To Siam then MBK. Still sempat became Vun's model when he was shopping a Nike shorts for his mom and then to Sizzler!!!!! :D Aha, yalah, that's my big cute smile. At lasttttt after allllll the craving dayzzz! I think among all the customers in Sizzler MBK tonight, we ate the most! Si Junior almost cannot walk, my tummy was bulging like a flat sided ball, Vun felt sleepy, Roy sakit perut and Jovita want to watch movie. In order to satisfy everyone, we didn't do anything but straight home. After a nice cool shower in Jov's place, I migrated to stay with the guys because of the deep persuasion of my cousin--Vun!! He said like this: "nanti if we jalan, you cannot kawan us anymore!" But skali tengok, everyone was too tired to do anything already, ada orang tidak mandi trus tidur lagi! Hahahaha! :P

Manh, Phouangmala and I worked on our brochure project today. The result was amazing and Dr. Beulah was quite pleased with it.
Again Manh and I are planing to take some education courses coz we really don't know what to do after we graduate besides being a teacher. Now that the Education Ministry is requiring all teachers to have at least 15 credits of education courses, what else is there to be the excuse to work in Thailand? I like the speaker in chapel today. He's so [i]serba boleh[/i]. Dr. Joseph Hwang, anyone heard of him? He said, the world is made up of three kinds of people: 1. the learn themselves and do it 2. the learn from others and do it 3. the don't learn and don't do it He shared us his experiences how he was poor and can't pay for his dormitory fees. He went to a pastor and asked for a small corner in the church to sleep. Such hypocrite was the pastor that he told him there's room next to the restroom instead of giving him the corners. So, he lived there for 2 years without money. Managed to survived with pieces of cookies everyday. Now, he's a great man by the grace of God. I was so inspired. :wink:

Sad but true, but still dunno how true, Vun is leaving for another college. Also Junior. But Roy and I have been really close with Vun these past few months and he hangs around with us alot. Glad it's Friday coz besides Valentine's Day, Sabbath is approaching. Com'on today I was sooo touched by all the romantic songs/music by the Science teachers and students. They actually came up with this idea of raising funds through forming a small band (violin, sax, vocal, flute,etc) and sing/play for lover or lovers via request from his/her love ones. Oh, uh, ah...so sweet!!! :) So, they started this morning, went around the faculty's houses, played for wives whose husbands has requested them to play their wives favorite songs and in addition gave roses, then they went around campus. It's actually a brilliant idea for a small campus like this to have those happening. Moreover, the breeze today is just awesome, it added to the mood of LOVE!!! :wink:
For me, it's a day where later on I might be doing lots and lots of cleaning since my roommate did all the cleaning last week and Laura took off 'til next week to clean the bathroom. Oh dear...
After lunch today, taught the Korean kids what the English addressed as 'Pronouns' and played some language games with them. At 2pm, went to the finance office to check my balance that I need to pay for my fees. Surprisingly, the amount was lesser than what the lady ask me to pay earlier. So I was happy... :lol: Walked back with Steve and we were talking 'bout growing long hair and how our hair are so much affected by the running water here. Imagine, I'm under pressure of experiencing hair lost!!
Thought of not going to the Valentine's party, but eventually when I open the wardrobe and met some unironed jeans, I've decided that instead of wearing something fancy, I can wear jeans and so it were.
Valentine's day party organized by the boys dorm. Not bad. Besides seeing my ex. thai bf (phu, phu, phu!!), the party was actually fantastic. I shouted most when some of the single teachers were out there dancing a 60's dance. Wohooooooooooooow!!! You gotta see them, the coolest people tonight. Ron was full of expression doing shaking his butt, of course Dr. Kung was tapping her feet to the fullest, Ms. Payom was way up there, Ms. Ani, Sonya, Mr. Damrong, P. Yui...cool mannn!!! I only wished I had a video cam to capture that pretty rare stuff! In the middle of the party, Vun and I still [i]sempat[/i] to sneak out and practice our song. Hey, Vun is talented, he plays very well!

One guy, 2 years ago his room was decorated in pink, this year also pink but with heart shapes all over as if 'heart snow' falling. Went with this Gyn, Laura and all. Quite cool with the dancing, managed to sweat! Damien of course eventually made it to a neat, clean pictorium room. :wink:

Today, one of my best friend Hazel is celebrating her birthday. We were in college together, she finished on October 2002 and graduated on March 2003. As some of you know, we both love singing. I remembered stretching our voices (with Prima) surpassed the roof of the music building trying to make Mrs. Evert's opera pieces as melodious as possible. It's funny when we squick those notes and tried to give each other the best opinion we can so to help each other improve. "[i]Sumbang kah? Kuat kah? Not shaky kah? Not..." [/i]so are those questions we tend to ask each other in singing. Yeah, we've survived many good and bad times together, even had misunderstandings at times, but at the end we knew that no one is perfect and that there's always room for forgiveness plus something good at the end of it. Both of us tend to talk about relationship alot. We envied Tenny (another friend of ours) at times that her line of relationship almost reached to perfection. However, now that she's engaged and I'm still sitting way back behind the fence far from engagement, we like to sit together and share our ups and downs in life. The encouragement still continues, and hopefully our friendship will forever last.

Went to Lotus to shop my favorite cherry tomatoes and ate fillet-o-fish at McD. Why after my determination of becoming a veg. eater does 'all chicken stuff' in all fastfood outlets suddenly [i]jatuh harga[/i]??? I should have tasted all the meat while it's still safer to eat. I should have. On my way back to Victory Monument, stopped at Emporium to get some books in Kinokuniya. Lots of books that I wanted to own but [i]where money[/i]???

Yaikks the bird flu! Read a very saddening article on [i]The Nation[/i] today and it's written from a Swedish lady with two kids who had lost her husband (a Thai) as a victim of the [i]Drug War[/i] in Thailand that prisoned and killed many on February last year. He was actually found not guilty and the wife claimed for her husband's name to be clean out from the horrible drug war list. She said that it has destroyed a happy young family and hoped her letter will be an eye opener to public. Her children are soo cute and they're in Sweden right now. It troubles me, who doesn't???
The M'sian presentation during assembly was funny plus it was added by a giant fart that causes the whole auditorium to smell rotten eggs! :P
I was in grade 5 and there's this one guy named C. He's so cute that almost all of the teachers and students adored him at that time, and i adoredddddd him heaven knows! Then one day I was scheduled to clean the ladies' restroom (aka. loo) with my girlfriends and [b]coincidently[/b] he was scheduled cleaning the men's restroom with his boyfriends too. By the way, our restrooms are attached side by side and the divider doesn't cover 'til the top of the roof (so imagine we can spray water or throw buckets to each other :D). Perhaps all of us were naughty, without Clarence and I knowing, our friends had arranged for both of us to have a date at the back of the restroom since no one would see us except the restroom's backyard bushes. I don't know about him, but I was secretly excited about this date since we never really face each other except a shocking bump which caused my head to 'binjul' and short phone calls. Finally, at the back of the loo then we met. But you know we were too shy and both of us were pushed by our friends until we were at the distance of 5 meters away from each other.
Damn it! There was no conversation!! Later on that day we were all punished by the discipline teacher coz what the heck our friends were peeping and didn't clean the loo and C and I were late for afternoon classroom inspections (I was the head prefect and he's the hygiene inspector) :!:

Damn! Hot humid was it that dreams were interrupted at 3am just to walk the feet which touches the floor beneath the a/c remote control and press ON button! So, in precious time it goes to reading but which later unfortunately turned out to be an open test book! Isn't that a call for more sleep????????? :evil:
