Heeee...long time no blog huh??? Anyway, still alive here, not swallowed by any monstorious human being yet...hehehe!
Yesterday was my second Root Canal Treatment with the dentist. Shoot! It was so tiring and painful. Imagine my mouth was wide open and pin with this rubber thingy (which helps your mouth to open wider than it should) for 1 damn hour. When I was all done, I felt my face was hardly slapt by some moron on the left side. Aawww!!! It felt numb everywhere around my mouth and I totally felt like some fella with a 'sumbing' mouth...Ahhh...now I know how 'sumbing' feels. Eeeeh...(knock d wood!!!) And one more thing, it cost me B2000, not mentioning the crowning part which cost a month salary for those tauke ayam! Eaaaaaaaaaaa
Yeeeehah...also yesterday, suddenly Roy and I decided to watch Kill Bill 2 while roaming around Emporium. Bought the 10pm ticket and in we went! Eeee, yuckiee ohhh the part where Uma Thurman 'kurik' the Elle's left eye!!!! Overall, not so violent as Kill Bill 1.
Today, here in MBK alone. Accompanied A. Ritha, her father and family for minutes around MBK and that's it coz each of them want to go by their own. So I sat at Sizzler alone sweeping around the salad bar!
I have presentations to make, that's why I'm here...surfing...missing MC's free surfing service. :) Well, will go back next week.
Throughout the days I've missed blogging, one thing for sure did happen, I was terribly infected by influenza virus. Of course I was not happy about it 'coz it drives my body, my nose, my head, my new curlz, my love, my etc crazy!
Roy's parents are in town, graduation and stuff, registration...which all will keep me going and very buzy I hope. Come on...
Gotta drink lots of jamu (lemon + honey + salt) to help me sing tonite. God help me...
Exam is not over yet but for sure it will tomorrow. Thrilled with NZ's movie "Whale Rider". Dee, your recommendation was highly appreciated and I of course did learned lots of values on this particular movie. You guys should watch it or at least read the book "Whale Rider" by Witi Ihimaera. It's inspiring I believe.
One of my pleasure was to dine with Roy in Pizza Hut. Haven't been there since December last year (when chicken was still 1st choice!). We ordered lots of cheese that cheese this and at the end we were bloated with CHEESE. Ih...
Happenings last 3 days:
Thursday May 6, 2004 Literary Criticism paper. Bkk.
Friday May 7, 2004 Slept in. Home.
Sabbath May 8, 2004 Dentist: took away a lil' of my needle phobia, doctor was delicate in handling my teeth, need to undergo RC Treatment for 4 visits; will cost B5000 overall. Pooh!
Supposed to sit in church, however, attended but was absent for sermon. Sneaked out to Sizzler at Thong Lor, and rooted in Jov's apartment. Emporium. MBK. Those were the routines I guess...
Urggggghhhh!!! Get me out of this place! I can't afford to blink and see papers in front of me evermore. I rather suffer without eating ice for a month if someone is willing to trade their sweet-by-and-by time with my sweat-do-and-do time! This is my very last paper... Mr. Ron, take it away now!
Fortunate enough, I didn't spent all my time studying lah. Of course I did some little small-small thing here and there like laundry, tidy my study, get rid of muzium stuff in my drawer, and practiced some songs. Also slept for like hours? Ya.
Probably by now Roy and Khelex are strolling happily together in Emporium. Go lah watch all the thrilling & horror movies that I don't want to watch, so that there's no nagging. Heee...
Sabbath was extra good since this was the first time after 2 months Roy and I had a chance to worship in MC church. Took the van to Bkk. Went to MBK as usual and hang kai till someone spotted this glitter-glitter stuff. Hm...better not write bout it. But, it was pretty! :)
Sunday May 02, 2004
Everyone was too tired to go for 8 o'clock class in BAH since Jov and Roy have not completed their papers. Yeah, so we went out at 12pm. Class was interesting 'coz it was presentation day for six of the students in class. Someone's lucky to have been given extension since we ran out of time.
Took the 511 bus, by the way, the Thais don't call the bus exactly as "five one one" but "eleven". That's what the lady told me, funny eh? So being so naive, we went all the way with it pass Panthip, then WTC. Instead of our previous plan to go to Rama IV, we stopped at WTC to cuci mata. Haiya, I dunno what spoiled my mood and made the rest of the day gloom so much. I guess it's about "knowing". Anyway, all of us slept early, extra early I can say.
Monday May 03, 2004
Woke up at 4am. Jov & I sent Roy off to Cambodia with other Philippinos to renew their visas. Then at 8:20am I was on my way to MC. At 1:30pm, I was in the auditorium sitting for one glad-it's-over exam. Such pity coz tomorrow there's another one coming up! Oh nooooooooooooooooooooooo! !!
