Merry Christmas and Happy New year 2006

Last day of school this year

Last day of school for my students this year. How we celebrate it? We went to The Mall Bangkapi and celebrate. Ate jap. noodles at Hachiban Ramen 8 and bought lots of popcorns before we went into the movies. can you guess what movie we watched? Haha the all-time famous "King Kong". Not bad. I was touched by the emotion portrayed by Anne and King Kong. Some of my students thought it was a bit mushy but whadayaexpect??

Quite tired today. Been rushing since morning and I just had dinner a while ago and the clock had just striked 12. Haven't done grades to submit to the office and yet I'm already sleepy. Woooohooo...poor Amy...

The season's here...

It's Christmas in my heart!!! 11 days to go till it's Christmas and I am not sure as what to feel. Should I be anxious, excited, happy? All I can say is that I'm really anticipating for it to come with mix feelings. I have just attended a friend's wedding the past two weeks and this coming weekend is another close friends' wedding. The couples have been anticipating for this day for quite a long time already and look...3 more days to go! I wish God's blessings as they journey into a new life called "Marriage". Now all this wedding bells this month really inspires me to get married hahahaha! Nope, not yet. Oh, heard that a friend is getting engage this month and if it is on, congratulations! :D

I had my last presentations and exams for my master courses the past 2 weekend and it really worn me out for several days. Adding to that stress, I had to prepare six exam papers for my classes too which took up all my resting time. I am beginning to feel the freedom without the Sunday classes now compared to when I just finished with the last exam paper. Oh..I have to put into memory the small haystack party our class had over at Kay's house. That short moment was awesome.

I did one 'silly' thing yesterday. Now take the obsolete definition of silly as "blessed" and embed it to the popular definition that people use nowadays. I had been eyeing on this particular dress for a long time and after two weeks of hard contemplation, I bought it yesterday and it almost cost an air ticket!  N ow I have to resume my meal to eating rice and kim chi due to the lacks...cish!

Sure you notice I changed my layout right? It's christmas, nothing makes you feel the season if you don't set the mood. I have a mini chrismas tree in my room and the lights already fascinates me. What more the Christmas trees displayed outside malls and buildings...

Hey, check out the rotating message far up to your right side of the screen. That's the tune that's spinning right now...

Santa...bring me some gifts!

at the corner..

It's the 1st of December 2005! Can you believe that time is actually spinning so fast that at times I pinch myself to make sure I'm living in reality and not in dreams. It seems like I just had December but it's here again! Reflecting upon the things that I pledged to accomplish this year, on the things I planned...I really didn't do much really. Most of my plans this year are somehow posponed due to some more important stuff that came up like study, career, etc. Whatever it is, I am sure proud of myself because I can truly feel that I am more matured in handling things this year. I can more or less control my emotions and have grown to know myself better. One of the major reasons of these changes has to be credited to my spiritual lifestyle. I am not saying that I am all good and perfect or conservative, but a leap of faith has made a big difference and I owe it all to GOD! He has made the impatient and hot-tempered Amy to withstand all the messes in life...Thank you God for the leashes of love that You have tied around me that it helped whenever I wanted to have it my own way.

Let's see what I have been up to last month. Well, I've been addicted to Kim Chi, a typical Korean pickled Cabbage, making Kim Chi with Roy(but it turned out salty), I'm addicted still and will still be addicted to Korean dramas (btw I finished watching "The Perfect Girl'), been eating rice with seaweeds, been reading about David's life in the Bible, spent sleepless night doing my ppt presentation for my Masters classes, practicing wedding songs, decorating my mini Christmas tree, trying to finish reading my textbooks, tying my hair, celebrated birthdays with my students, running the GED & Intensive department, organizing my classroom, motivating my students, ate abundant of food in the M'sian Embassy Raya open house, chatting, being a supermaniac fan of baby GG, making silly jokes with close friends, contemplati ng on going home for Christmas, contemplating on money, contemplating on the December's courses, spending money like the rich, wishing friends Happy Birthday and quarreling, arguing, laughing foolishly with Roy !!
