Not another Manic Monday
I don't know why I am not gratified with the new American Idol (season 5) winner Jordin Sparks. Owed to the fact that I have my favorite, plus I had the chance to watch the whole replay on TV of all the finalists, somehow I thought "Hey, what about the others? They sounded better!" Come to think of it, this is a reality show and again, there must be a winner somehow and for the rest of them, should they feel like a looser, should know that they all are winners. They have their own fans, the entertainment biz is eyeing on them, they're already stones ahead, what more can I say. I know it's kinda late to be posting about AI stuff now, but my thoughts were stimulated after reading some articles on AI hehe!
Weekend is almost over. Two more hours and It's Monday. Ahh..How I wish I don't have to get back to working routines. A dilatory day like today is good for me to get all naps I've been missing. However, school ends this week and I will have 2 full months to myself! Yay!
Before I forget, Roy and I attended the Bangkok Korean Youth Orchestra in Wattana Church, Asoke (Sukhumvit 19) yesterday evening. We thought of leaving the car at Emporium's parking lot, but no...Roy suddenly liked the idea of driving all the way to the church. We were one of the early birds and managed to hear the musicians practiced. The overall performance was great but the church was a little bit hot, my guess is the air condition not being fully utilized. All- around, it was splendid!
Amazingly, before we left the house this morning, Roy and I thought that we might be spending quite a bit on our affairs, but all the time God is good, we came home last night without spending a single cent, except for offerings! ;)
